Art Dula is the defendant in a $49 million fraud suit calling him a con artist with a warehouse full of antiquated space junk that was never meant to get off the ground.
Dula has allegedly created several shell companies under which he hid other people’s money. Investors were apparently convinced by his claims that he had acquired Russian space capsules which would be updated with Western technology and launched again. This is a fascinating and cautionary tale.
